Star Coral and Agate Carnelian Necklace

The design of this necklace is  inspired by the captivating desert night sky.

Agate isa gemstone, specifically a banded form of chalcedony, a variety of quartz. It’s known for its diverse colours and unique banding patterns, making each piece unique. Agate is found globally and has been used for jewellery and decorative objects for thousands of years. 

Sponge coral round beads are beads crafted from the skeletal remains of marine sponges, specifically the hard, porous structures that form their support. They have a porous, sponge-like texture due to the natural structure of the sponge skeleton. White is the most common shade of coral, but a variety of other shades can be found, including pink, orange, red and black. The rarest hue is a deep red.
