These stylish pendent feature a coin with a calligraphic impression of an old Persian coin. Coins are often worn as decorative elements forming parts of headdresses, hats and clothes. The textured coin and the bezel are finished in gold vermeil.

Green Onyx is often mistaken for Emerald and Jade but differs in formation and structure. It is formed through the layering of Chalcedony and Quartz. In ancient Greece and Rome, it was said to be the gemstone of the goddess Venus and considered the source of eternal life. These stones have been found in the Indus valley dating to 5,000 years ago.
