British Museum Friends’ children sleepover jewellery workshop

The workshops involved teaching 200 children aged 8-15 years old to make simple pieces of jewellery inspired by Sima’s collection made for the Hajj exhibition. The evening was a great success with the children taking home pieces they made themselves.
